| In 2002, Richard’s son, Jason, a licensed California Real Estate Broker and Certified Property Manager® (CPM®), purchased R.G. Hill & Company, allowing Richard to retire after thirty-five years at the company’s helm. |
| Since then, the company has been repositioned to focus solely on management services while still cooperating with qualified transaction brokers. Jason has also leveraged modern services, technology, and software to improve operations, reporting, and communication. |
